Absolutely perfect and stunning location, hot breakfast with orange juice and basic offerings.

The breakfasts is hot and gorgeous with plenty of food. The hotel provides a great service. We like that there is free Wi-Fi throughout the property. The location is excellent and ideal, very conveniently to city center.

The location was marvellous to the Bay of Islands and met standard. I stayed in the room that was could have done with a better clean & needs to be maintained better and available with nice shower as well as oven.

This hotel was set in a very central area adjacent to great restaurants, city and Harbour and lots of Restaurants and several areas.

The breakfast is hot and lovely with basic offerings, had outstanding food. The hotel's location is magnificent and unbeatable, just next door to Queen Street, Sky City, & Harbour, a great restaurant for breakfast and dinner and airport. Don't forget to explore Auckland Central Business district.

Liked Auckland, the hotel was comfortable and luxury easy to hop into city for meetings via bus or cab. We booked a high standard room with very good breakfast.

When we visit Auckland, like staying here. The hotel staff is incredibly attentive and hospitable. The setting is excellent and perfect, short walk to great clubs, the main attractions, and Queen Street, which is the main street in Auckland, secure area. Auckland Central Business district deserves your time and attention.

Gorgeous and overall clean place, everything was very good! I truly enjoyed well-appointed and well-equipped room. Had beautiful modern facilities, such as climate control, luggage storage, and a lounge area. Its location close to restaurants and cafés was magnificent and ideal. I ate at the authentic restaurant near the hotel.

The hotel was pleasant and fairly clean, everything was excellent. The restaurant was REASONABLY PRICED for both dinner and breakfast, we ordered excellent dishes. And it had a decent view of downtown. The location was great, for example, Skytower was at a medium distance from the property. It was located in a calm area.
